Paan Coconut Laddu's
Ingredients:-
3 To 5:- Paan Leaves
1/4 Cup:- Milk
1Cup:- Disscted Coconut
2Tsp:- Ghee
1/4 Cup:- Milk Powder
1/2 Cup :- Sugar
2 to 3 Drops of Green Color Liquied
2 to 3 Drops of Paan Masala Essence
For Stuffing
5 Kaju
5 Pista
5 Almond
2 T.B.S.P. Gulkand
Mix all stuffing ingredients.
Method :- First we will finally cut Paan leaves mns ( Barik katenge) and mix milk and grind in mixi .Then will take pen and add ghee after heating ghee we will add Coconut and mix add paan mixture and mix again. Then we will add Milk Powder and Sugar and add paan masala essence and green liquied then mix well. Switch off the gas and let it rest for 3 to 4 minutes.
Grease your palms with ghee. Pinch a small portion of the paan mixture and flatten with.
