Nankhatai

Ingredients

1&1/2cup(Ded Cup):-
Maida
1 T.B.S.P. :- Rava Mns Suji (Grind in mixi)
1/2 Cup: - Powder Sugar
2/3 Cup:- Ghee
1/4 Tsp :- Baking Soda
1/4Tsp :- Cardamom Powder
2 to 3 Drops of Kashmiri kesar Essence

Method :- Take a bowl  and sieve together Maida , suji and baking soda.
In another bowl beat sugar and Ghee after beat this we will add cardamom powder and essence then add maida mixture and knead lightly till the mixture binds together.  Keep covered in refrigerator for 15min till it is like soft dough. Divide the mixture into 20 parts and shape parts into rounds and flatten slightly. Put on 180°dgree preheated oven 10 minutes and bake 20 minutes.
